A good connection with your counsellor is one of the most important ingredients to successful counselling outcomes. You need to be able to feel safe and comfortable in your counselling sessions, and that is why Compassion Culture offers free 15 minute telephone or video consultations to ensure a good client-counsellor fit.

• The fee for Registered Psychologists is $235 per 60 minute session.

• The fee for Canadian Certified Counsellors is $170 per 60 minute session.

At times it is beneficial for some clients to do a shorter (30 minute session) or a longer (90 minute session). These session are upon request and will be determined, on a case by case basis, and decided between the client and counsellor. Please reach out to your psychologist for more information on these options.

Compassion Culture requires at least 48 hours notice to cancel any scheduled appointment, so that the appointment time may be offered to clients on a waitlist. 50% of the fee will be collected for any late cancellation or missed session. Late fees can be waived on a case by case basis due to extenuating circumstances.
